I don’t know about you but I am sick of the police shielding rioters. Sometimes it’s the fault of the officers and sometimes it’s their superior’s fault. Either way, someone needs to pay for that inaction.

Why should law-abiding citizens be made to pay the price of crimes committed by domestic terror groups? My guess is that someone in the Plano, Texas police force is going to be none too happy as Texas AG Ken Paxton has gotten involved.

BLM rioters were blocking a road illegally in Plano. Texas and a man being stopped by the illegal roadblock gets out of his vehicle and starts shouting at them to move.

One of the thugs pulled something out of his waistband and aimed it at the driver. The police finally showed up and took the side of the BLM members illegally blocking the road as he gave the driver being held up a real talking to.

VIDEO:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton got involved since the Plano police chief refused to arrest the lawbreakers:

Paxton said:

“I instructed one of my top deputies to contact the Plano Police Chief to get more details. What he heard paints an even worse picture that the video alone depicts.”

“First, the Chief told my deputy that while the weapon drawn wasn’t a pistol, it was, in fact, a “pepper ball gun.” In a separate conversation, the Chief claimed it was a “taser.” In a recent Facebook post, the Department is now saying it was a “electronic control device. Whatever it was, the police declined to pursue the leftist who brandished the weapon, and no charges are being pressed against him.”

“Second, the Chief was anxious to excuse the rioters. “You have to understand the situation.” urged the Chief. “We have to negotiate with these people. Do you expect us to mass arrest the protesters? You know that’s not going to happen.”

“I will never allow our beautiful Texas cities and neighborhoods to become Portland or Seattle or San Francisco because of the unchecked left.”

  • I live in Plano, TX. I am not active on social media so I can’t speak to what others are saying but… This was the second BLM demonstration in that area in a week. The Sunday prior to this they were inside the mall on the other side of the highway. I was not aware that a BLM ‘protestor’ pulled a weapon and pointed it at someone. That TRULY displays how ignorant and foolish these people are. Do they honestly believe they can pull a weapon (of any kind) on someone and not be taking a serious risk? Do they believe the gesture could/would not be reciprocated? We can/do carry in this state. That group didn’t look really threatening but they multiply and things escalate quickly. I know that the officers are trying to manage it but choosing to chastise and walk back a frustrated or angry citizen because he can be reasoned with while protecting those blocking roadways that they shouldn’t be in validates their actions, builds their confidence and it is unacceptable. We appreciate our officers and understand the optics but they have a duty to set boundaries for these people. If they follow through and uphold the law when it begins, the protestors will move on.

    • You are incorrect. Officers are there to enforce the law. “Protestors’ are allowed to peacefully assemble, but are not allowed to break the law while doing so. Blocking traffic and brandishing a weapon both are breaking the law. The Chief is cowering from his duties to uphold the law in regards to these mobs.

      • If you read the last two sentences of the prior post….you agree with her: We appreciate our officers and understand the optics but they have a duty to set boundaries for these people. If they follow through and uphold the law when it begins, the protestors will move on.

  • [ STAY AT HOME & WORK AT HOME ]
Start making money this time… Spend more time with your family & relatives by doing jobs that only require you to have a computer and an internet access and you can have that at your home. Start bringing up to $65000 to $70000 a month. I’ve started this job and earn a handsome income and now I am exchanging it with you, so you can do it too.

  • Do your jobs or get out of law enforcement. Blue can’t have it both ways: ie follow the unlawful orders to not enforce the laws by the commies, then call on conservatives to fund Police retirement, benevolent societies etc.

The correct course is to arrest the commie giving you unlawful orders. If all the cops keep arresting the politicians for giving unlawful orders, they won’t get 10 feet before being arrested everyday and spending all day in jail. The Commie DAs can be arrested everyday too. Cops actually have power. If politicians get arrested, they can’t be involved in their cases, that would be corruption. If a legit Portland police chief followed the law, the mayor, DA, and SoS would all have been arrested and no longer have any authority to do their job because that guy could prosecute them for corruption.

If you are a police supporter. When the dialing for $ people call tell them straight up you can’t have it both ways. Call the liberals who want to defund you for contributions.

  • So next time a robber uses a paint ball gun to rob a bank or anyone. It is okay not to charge them with a weapons charge ? LEGAL PRECEDENT IN PLANO JUST SET FOR CRIMINAL LAWYERS ?
