The BLM movement has changed course. It’s no longer about policemen and women who shoot unarmed men and women. It’s now also about the police shooting those who are attempting to kill another.

A recent video shows an armed 16-year-old Black girl about to stab another girl in the chest when a policeman opens fire killing the perp and saving the life of another Black teenage girl. He is now being accused of murder.

Some of their arguments are just insane. The suggestion that the policeman should have used a taser is but one example. A taser is an upfront and personal weapon. But the cop was too far away to be accurate.

Joy Reid brought up the fact that teachers used to disarm knife-carrying thugs without the use of a gun. That is ridiculous on the face of it at least until he grows thirty feet of arms. To be effective, you would need to be very close.

The shooting is being denounced by the media, LeBron James, the NAACP, Democratic politicians, and assorted other liberals. Democrat U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio spoke out on Wednesday about the deadly shooting of 16-year-old Ma’Khia Bryant in Columbus, Ohio.

Brown said Bryant “should be alive right now”. But for that to be true, an innocent girl would have died on the street. That wouldn’t have been a good thing.

From The Gateway Pundit

Democrat U.S. Rep. Joyce Beatty, who represents Columbus in Congress, commented after the police video was released showing Bryant being shot as she tried to stab a girl, criticizing police for the “tragic killing” of Bryant: “I am at a total loss of words over the tragic killing of 16-year-old Ma’khia Bryant by the Columbus Police. My prayers are with her family and friends. Our community is hurting, has experienced too much heartbreak, and deserves better.”

Liberal comedian Kathy Griffin told her 2 million followers on Twitter, “WARNING. How in the hell does this police officer think it’s a good idea to fire shots blindly into a group of teenagers having a fight. Yes one of them has a knife. Oh, that never happened in your school or neighborhood? She didn’t deserve to die. 16 years old. #makhiabryant”
