Most of the charges against Roger Stone are predicated on the fact that Russia hacked the DNC and stole their emails. But, we now know, thanks to recent releases of transcripts that the President of CrowdStrike denied to Congress that his firm determined as fact that Russia hacked the DNC emails. We had been told that Russia hacking the DNC was a proven fact, but it is not.
In fact, he could not even testify that the DNC was hacked at all. That being the case, how can someone be convicted of crimes surrounding alleged hacking by Russia. Wikileaks has maintained from the beginning that Russia is not who gave them the emails.
Interesting admission in Crowdstrike’s Shaun Henry who the President of CrowdStrike Services and CSO and this is his testimony. Henry is asked when “the Russians” exfiltrated the data from DNC.
Henry: “We did not have concrete evidence that the data was exfiltrated from the DNC, but we have indicators that it was exfiltrated.” 🤔 pic.twitter.com/TyePqd6b5P

Aaron Mate has updated his tweet, Henry is not the CEO of CrowdStrike, he is the President of CrowdStrike Services and CSO.
Stone had been indicted for lying to congress about Russia hacking the DNC and handing those emails over to Wikileaks. But, how can you be convicted over something that never happened?
Stone’s lawyers asked that CrowdStrike provide the proof that Russia hacked the DNC. Crooked Judge Amy Berman Jackson denied that request just as she denied a motion for a new trial over obvious jury bias.
This brings us to Roger Stone, the last American indicted by the Mueller gang.
On January 23, 2019, Stone was indicted for a number of frivolous crimes where he was accused of lying to Congress. Looking at the indictments, Stone had a good case that he did not lie.
In his case, Stone claimed that the DNC servers in 2016 were never examined by Crowdstrike and asked for proof that this was the case, because it was pertinent to his case. Stone was indicted for lying to Congress about Russians hacking the DNC and sending the hacked emails to WikiLeaks:
After speaking w/ my @FBI sources & a @nytimes reporter with direct knowledge of the handling of the @DNC server it’s true – there was no direct examination or physically custody of the DNC server – an “image” (i.e. copy) of the server was examined only: https://t.co/yDJKCYmUQC

It was uncovered in the Roger Stone case that CrowdStrike gave the US government three “draft reports” on the so-called hack by Russia which were full of redactions and the FBI just took Crowdstrike’s reports at face value. The FBI never inspected the DNC servers. It was also reported that the DOJ never received the unredacted copies of Crowdstrike’s reports:
I missed the previous DOJ filing, but this seems significant.
The DOJ informed the court it doesn’t have the unredacted Crowdstrike reports. https://t.co/xJHC6ntroc

Democrats and the Deep State have taken political attacks to a whole new unconstitutional level. Free Roger Stone.
