Pennsylvania Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf and Democratic state Rep. Wendy Ullman were caught on a hot mic laughing about pretending masks matter. But, the last laugh is on them as their constituents see them as they really are.
The two were preparing to join in a press conference when the incident happened.
“So Wendy, I’m gonna take — I’m gonna take my mask off when I speak.”
“I will as well, just, I’m waiting so that we can do a little political theater.”
The two are then heard laughing about it together. Ullman told Wolf that she wanted people to see the mask on camera.
The Blaze reached out to the pair, but neither one of them had returned the message.
Pennsylvanians are already angry about the way Wolf shut down the state against the guidance of the U S Constitution. A judge even ruled that Wolf violated the constitution with his Draconian shut down.
One Twitter user replied to a post made by Ullman, saying, “I enjoyed your political theater, meanwhile families and businesses suffer.”
Another wrote: “Pelosi, Feinstein, now this. Rules for thee, but not for me.”
The mayor of Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, Jondavid Longo, blasted Wolf and Ullman’s actions, saying, “The destruction of the livelihoods of millions of Pennsylvanians is no laughing matter and we don’t find this entertaining.”
“The Pennsylvania Governor is purposefully hurting the economy to score political points,” President Trump’s former acting national intelligence director, Richard Grenell, wrote on Twitter. “Voters should take note.”
This is no laughing matter. Wolf has driven people into bankruptcy and destroyed their businesses in order to gain political advantage. He is not alone. There are several Democratic governors willing to destroy their states in the name of politics. Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer and Andrew Cuomo to name a few.
If you live in Pennsylvania and have lost your job or your business, this video should drive you right up the wall. But Wolf doesn’t care. You continue to pay his salary every month. He is not in the same boat as you are. You are in a leaky rowboat and he is on a luxury ocean liner.
