Elizabeth Warren is a born liar. She lies about anything and everything which has caused her poll numbers to sink faster than the Titanic.
She now says she will eliminate the electoral college in her first term and she knows that is impossible.
In order to change the constitution, you must pass it through both chambers of Congress by a 67% majority.
Since Republicans will have the majority in the Senate, that will never happen.
If it would make it’s way out of Congress and she would sign off on it, she would need 24 states to vote to eliminate the Electoral College and that would never happen.
But, the one thing we have learned about Warren is that she will promise anything to get elected.
Fortunately she has as much of a chance of becoming president as I have of being named Miss America.
Warren is in Iowa trying to salvage her campaign and will do a statewide listening tour, just like Joe Biden.
She had been the front runner but then she hit the wall and her numbers have been sliding ever since.
Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) isn’t even the frontrunner for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, but she’s already looking forward to running for her second term as president — a term, she hopes, she’ll win by popular vote after she eliminates the Electoral College.
Warren, like her opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, is desperately trying to salvage her position in Iowa by embarking on a statewide “listening tour” where she’ll speak to and with voters who are normally ignored — if not outright despised — by the Democratic party between presidential elections.
At a stop in Waterloo, Iowa, Warren waxed poetic about her first term in office as President Warren, and suggested that among her top priorities is a rewrite of the Constitution, eliminating the Electoral College and replacing it with a popular vote.
