Eric Swalwell is at it again.
He can’t seem to get President Trump to break any laws, so he will impeach him for anything.
The Democrats have already dug themselves a hole in the previous impeachment trial, and I don’t think they want to go any deeper.
But you never know.
Regardless, this endless talk about impeachment is picayune stuff, and has done nothing but raise President Trump’s approval rating by 10%.
Swalwell and Nancy Pelosi say that it’s abuse of power to criticize unfairness to Roger Stone, who looks like he will get a new trial.
Leave it alone, Mr. President.
AG Bill Barr is on top of things.
Let him do his job.
Rep. Eric Swalwell says Democrats won’t take the option of impeaching President Trump again off the table.

Remember, President Trump has the undeniable right to pardon Stone, although I think he would wait until after the election. He may also wait out the new trial I believe he will be granted along with a change of venue and hopefully an honest judge.
Federal Prosecutors on Monday recommended Trump confidante Roger Stone serve 7-9 years in prison for process crimes during the Mueller witch hunt.
Mueller’s prosecutors lied to the DOJ during a briefing about Roger Stone’s sentencing memo.
So in a rare move, the Department of Justice backed down from its abusive sentencing recommendation for Roger Stone.
“Might you impeach him over this — over Roger Stone and the sentencing?” Jake Tapper asked.
“You know, we’re not going to take our options off the table. We don’t wake up in the morning wanting to impeach him…” Swalwell said.
And how exactly does Trump’s DOJ refiling a sentencing memo rise to the level of an impeachable offense of high crimes and misdemeanors?
