Trump To Democrats: Voter ID ‘Must Play A Very Strong Part’ In Election Security Bill

The opinions expressed by columnists are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of David Harris Jr.

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump said that the Congress should not consider any “final agreement” on any policies for election security if it does not include provisions mandating voters present identification when voting.

“No debate on Election Security should go forward without first agreeing that Voter ID (Identification) must play a very strong part in any final agreement. Without Voter ID, it is all so meaningless!” Trump tweeted Tuesday.

Democrats know that Voter ID would end a lot of their cheating, and could possibly mean they would lose a lot of elections.  So, to fight it, they’ve done what they always do; they declared that Voter ID is racist.  Anything Democrats don’t like is racist.

Democrats would have you believe that black Americans are so stupid and incompetent that they can’t get a legitimate form of ID, even though you can’t really do much of anything without one.

Personally, I think all of the gourmet schemes to vote without heading to the polls on election day are not for convenience but rather are sinister ways for Democrats to cheat.  We have heard countless arguments that rampant abuse of online voter databases has taken place.

Unless you’re in the military and serving overseas, you should be forced to vote in your district on Election Day.  That alone would cut down on a majority of fraud.

After the 2016 election, Judge Andrew Napolitano reported on Fox News that the state of Michigan had rampant voter fraud in the city of Detroit, and he reported that it appeared that the government was fully involved.

Election officials in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania declined to do a recount after one was demanded by Democrats, with an official statement of there’s no need to do a recount, because Donald Trump won fair and square.  I happen to know about the spigot system that has been running there for elections for over 50 years, and Democrats declined to do a recount because that would have brought in GOP eyes on the corruption, and the Democrats didn’t want it.

Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch discovered that at least 900,000 illegal aliens voted in the 2018 midterm elections, each vote acting as a form of voter suppression against American citizens’ votes.

Trump has made claims – that liberals say are unfounded  – that he only lost the 2016 popular vote by 3 million ballots because of “millions of people who voted illegally.”  “Unfounded,” because Democrats admitting to cheating would be akin to Brian Stelter admitting he’s not really a journalist.  It’s just never going to happen.

The president also retweeted a post claiming that certain areas in California, a reliably blue state, have more registered voters than adults.

In Philadelphia, there were 59 divisions where Mitt Romney did not get one single vote.  And they expect us to believe that’s possible.

Trump posted the tweets after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) received a lot of pressure from Democrats, mainly the Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to bring up bills passed by the Democrat-controlled House.

McConnell has so far ignored the cries, saying Democrats are trying to give themselves a “political benefit” and the request “is not a serious effort to make a law.”

Schumer is constantly tweeting that McConnell should take up the House bills for election security, which for me is a sign that the House bills need to be looked at and highly scrutinized, because Democrats don’t really want election security, and thanks to Project Veritas, the undercover journalism organization, we now know they cheat in each and every election.  Any election security bill proposed by Democrats would have things in it that give Democrats an edge in the election.
