New York Times Killed A Story Of 2016 WH Meeting With Ukrainians About Hunter Biden and Burisma

Wednesday night, Fox News host Laura Ingraham on the “Ingraham Angle” revealed that the New York Times killed a story last May about an Obama White House meeting in January 2016 between Obama administration officials that included the fake whistleblower, and Ukrainian officials.  The center of the discussion was Hunter Biden’s problematic position with the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, which was already known for serious corruption problems.

Ingraham reported on a series of State Department emails between State Department official Kate Schilling and NY Journalist Ken Vogel, that centered on Vogel’s request for comment on the story.

Hunter Biden, 49, son of Democratic presidential front-runner and former vice president Joe Biden, is a key figure in the Ukraine scandal due to his very lucrative salary for a no-show job at Burisma, a job he got while having zero experience in the gas industry (but it sure bought his father’s attention).

The whack job House Democrats allege that President Trump withheld military aid from Ukraine in order to get a guarantee from Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky that the Biden crime family would be investigated.  Note that nothing even remotely like that appears in the transcript of the now-famous phone call between Trump and Zelensky.

However, there’s a document that was discovered last October that reveals Ukrainian officials had already opened up a new probe into Burisma months before Trump’s 2019 phone call with Zelensky.

Some Republicans have called for Hunter Biden to testify in the Senate impeachment trial.

Ken Vogel has a role in all of this.  He’s the reporter who wrote the January 21, 2017 piece in Politico titled Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump backfire.  The subtitle for the story is “Kyiv officials are scrambling to make amends with the president-elect after quietly working to boost Clinton.”

You will never hear CNN or MSNBC bring up this article.

This story of Ukrainian interference in the 2016 election didn’t hit the mainstream news media’s radar until Joe Biden announced he was running for the 2020 Democratic nomination back in April 2019.

That was around the time Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s lawyer, did a very public investigation into the Ukraine election interference all throughout 2019, and Democrats and their boot-licking stenographers in Fake News began characterizing the argument that Ukraine interfered in the election as a “conspiracy theory.”  That’s how Democrats characterize everything they get caught doing to buy themselves a little time to figure out a bigger lie to cover it up or to figure out a way to project it onto their opponents.

Vogel emailed Schilling on May 1, 2019 over the Obama White House meeting, and he mentioned the name of the CIA analyst everyone knows but is afraid to name as the anti-Trump whistleblower whose filed complaint against Trump ignited the Democrats’ impeachment farce.

“We are going to report that (State Department official) Elizabeth Zentos attended a meeting at the White House on 1/19/2016 with Ukrainian prosecutors and embassy officials as well as … [redacted] from the NSC … ” Vogel wrote, “the subjects discussed included efforts within the United States government to support prosecutions, in Ukraine and the United Kingdom, of Burisma Holdings … and concerns that Hunter Biden’s position with the company could complicate such efforts.”

Ingraham pointed out that the State Department didn’t want to comment.

From American Greatness:

The Fox host noted that the email was forwarded to Schilling’s colleagues Zentos and diplomat George Kent, who has apparently been a source for Vogel in the past.

Kent, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, told House investigators last November that he had expressed concerns in 2015 that Hunter Biden’s position with Burisma raised the possibility of a perception of a conflict of interest. He testified that he reported his concern to the Office of the Vice President and nothing came of it.

The names Zentos and Ciaramella also came up during a hearing before the House Natural Resources Committee about Puerto Rico’s debt on Oct. 22, 2019.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) asked Natalie Jaresko, Ukraine’s former finance minister, who is currently executive director of the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico, whether she had any knowledge of the pair’s meeting with a Ukrainian official at a DC restaurant in 2016.

Gohmert told the Washington Examiner, “Specifically, I asked about an April 12, 2016, meeting between Ukrainian parliamentarian Olga Bielkova and Liz Zentos and Eric Ciaramella of the National Security Council, in which energy issues were discussed. I thought it was prudent to ask Ms. Jaresko on the record and under oath about this meeting, since the time frame and subject align with the concerning reports of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden’s dealings in Ukraine.”

Bielkova met with the whistleblower who shall not be named here, and his colleague, Liz Zentos, then the director for Eastern Europe on the National Security Council, on April 12, 2016, at Le Pain Quotidien, on 17th Street N.W., a block from the White House.  That same day, Bielkova also met with State Department official Michael Kimmage and, separately, with Kramer of the McCain Institute. Kramer figures prominently in the Trump-Russia saga — he met with Steele in December 2016 at Heathrow Airport to obtain a copy of the British ex-spy’s unverified dossier and provided information from it to over a dozen journalists after the presidential election.

Ingraham got her team to go through archived Obama White House visitor logs and corroborated details of the January 2016 meeting mentioned in Vogel’s email.  Lo and behold, a number of Ukrainian officials were checked into the White House by the whistleblower himself ricrE raCmellaia (easy to unscramble if you read our stuff), who was the Ukraine director on the National security Counsel at the time.  This was the same day Vogel said there was a meeting between the Obama administration and Ukrainians to discuss Hunter Biden’s no-show lucrative job at Burisma.

Folks, this means President Obama was concerned about Joe Biden’s family getting rich off of his being the vice president.

Vogel’s story about Obama showing concern should have broken a week after Biden announced he was running, but the Times killed the story.

This is amazing in that Joe Biden, when questioned about Hunter’s lucrative gig at Burisma, responds with “nobody ever thought anything was wrong.”

Incidentally, Joe Biden just sent a memo to the media warning them not to ask him questions about Hunter and Burisma.
