Both Christopher Wray, head of the FBI, and Rod Rosenstein met with President Trump and assured him that he was not the target of the FBI investigation into Russia. They told congressional committees the same thing – but it was a lie. It could actually be considered perjury from their congressional testimony, and it’s a Brady violation for telling the president he was not a target when he really was. Law enforcement must always tell a target, so they can have legal representation present and also to notify the target that they are not obligated to answer questions.
In April 2018 Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein told President Trump in a private meeting that he was not a target of “any part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.”
The meeting took place in early 2018 and Rosenstein, who brought up the investigations himself, offered the assurance during a meeting with Trump at the White House
But the FBI and DOJ were lying to the president and Congressional leaders.
On Friday The New York Times reported the FBI investigated US President Trump after he fired crooked Director James Comey.
It appears the top officials in the FBI and DOJ lied to the president and Congress.
It’s time to clean house.
The New York Times revealed this week that the FBI opened an investigation into whether President Trump was acting as an agent for Russia – or not. That would make him the very target of an investigation. When Mueller was named as the special counsel, the investigation was handed over to him, and he may still be working on it for all we know.
My book is here! And I personally handed a copy to our President at the White House!!! I hope you enjoy it
