Republican lawmakers have questions they’re demanding answers to in regards to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s pit bull prosecutor Andrew Weissmann.  The man who was overturned 9-0 by the U.S. Supreme Court because of corruption in his prosecution is soon leaving the Department of Justice (DOJ) while there are still many unanswered questions about his work with a top FBI source in the Russia-Trump investigation.  (a matter?)

Representatives Mark Meadows (R-NC) and Jim Jordan, (R-OH) have requested documents and communications and have sent detailed questions regarding Weissmann and his colleague DOJ prosecutor Zainab Ahmad.  According to the letter they sent, the DOJ has been asked to respond to their request by 5 p.m. EST (today) Friday.

Their concerns are based on the recent testimony of senior DOJ official Bruce Ohr who testified to lawmakers that he met with Weissmann and Ahmad during the summer of 2016 and advised them that the Steele dossier that was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and was not properly verified.  Verifying sources to be used as evidence to obtain a FISA warrant is mandatory.  Ohr also told the two prosecutors that ex British spy Christopher Steele, the author of the dossier, had a hatred for Donald Trump and was incredibly biased against the Republican candidate.

Read the letter here.

From investigative journalist Sara Carter:

What do Meadows and Jordan want?

The lawmakers are also seeking information on how the Department of Justice and special counsel possibly handled the situation and if Weissmann and Ahmad disclosed their meeting with Ohr.

  • identify all actions taken by Weissmann and Ahmad, including disclosures, to apprise the Department or the Special Counsel’s Office of their role in the events Bruce Ohr testified to about supplying the FBI with information relating to the Trump campaign;

  • Explain all actions taken by Weissmann and Ahmad after learning Steele, Simpson, and Nellie Ohr were providing Bruce Ohr information for the purpose of relaying it to the FBI;

  • Provide all documents and communications referring or relating to disclosures made by Weissmann and Ahmad as part of their appointments to the Special Counsel’s Office;

  • Provide all documents and communications related to the process that the Department used to evaluate prosecutors’ and investigators’ independence to serve the Special Counsel’s Office

After two years of investigation into the Russia-Trump collusion case there has been no evidence uncovered that there was collusion, but the Mueller prosecutors have prosecuted a number of people who served as advisers or volunteers to the Trump campaign for mostly crimes that happened years ago that have nothing to do with Trump’s campaign, and for process crimes, which many claim were created by the crooked tactics of dirty lawyers like Weissmann.

The way they create process crimes is disgusting.  Allegedly, it goes like this.  They find a subject they want to get to turn on Donald Trump, and when the subject tells them that there isn’t anything to say, they put the person through a hellish nightmare that usually goes like this.  It is a felony to lie to the FBI or a federal prosecutor.  Weissmann’s people will sit the subject down in a room and ask them a series of questions for hours on end.  They will then take a short break.  Then, it’s back to another series of questions for more hours on end.  Many of the questions are of the same vague nature that are asked a second or third time, so vague that a normal honest person could get caught up by answering slightly differently, because of the nature of the vagueness.  After hours of doing this, they finally come back into the room and tell you that they have a problem with your answers.  They point out that you answered the same question in the morning differently when asked again in the late afternoon, and they believe you lied to them, which is a felony.  They then tell you the everything that will happen to you if they charge you with lying to federal officers, including the amount of prison time you could get.  They’re very good at scaring the Adam Schiff out of you, but they give you an out.  They tell you that all of that horror show could go away if only you give them something they can use against Donald Trump.

This is not how the American government is supposed to work, and the Republican lawmakers are duty bound to look into how Weissmann and others have conducted themselves during the Mueller Russia probe.

My book is here!  And I personally handed a copy to our President at the White House!!! I hope you enjoy it !
