Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) (AOC) has once again put herself at the center of a national controversy this week, with growing calls for a public apology after she compared U.S. immigration centers to Nazi concentration camps.
“Has she ever been to Yad Vashem in Jerusalem or Auschwitz-Birkenau in southern Poland or Dachau in Germany?” asked Fox News’ Bill Hemmer. “’Never Again’ is the phrase that Jews all over the world use to make sure that the extermination between 1939 and 1945 never happens again, and she’s using concentration camps to describe what’s happening on the southern border.”
The Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, which represents over 60 Jewish organizations in New York City, and the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA), America’s largest and oldest pro-Israel group, both slammed Ocasio-Cortez over her comments.
In a letter to Ocasio-Cortez, the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York said they were “deeply disturbed” by her comments which “diminishes the evil intent of the Nazis to eradicate the Jewish people.” The group said they would be happy to assist Ocasio-Cortez in scheduling a visit to a concentration camp so she can learn about what happened during the Holocaust. The letter states:
Dear Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez,
We are deeply disturbed by the language used in your recent Instagram live video which seeks to equate the detention centers on America’s southern border with Nazi-era Concentration Camps.
The terms “Concentration Camp” and “Never Again” are synonymous with and evocative of the atrocities committed by Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Germany, in which 6 million European Jews were systematically denied civil and human rights due to their race and ultimately murdered in a state-sponsored genocide. As concerned as we are about the conditions experienced by migrants seeking asylum in the United States, including family separation, unusable facilities, and lack of food, water, and medical resources, the regrettable use of Holocaust terminology to describe these contemporary concerns diminishes the evil intent of the Nazis to eradicate the Jewish people.
Since 1976, the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York has acted as a key resource to the New York Congressional Delegation on issues of concern to the 1.4 million member New York Jewish community. As our city is home to the largest Holocaust survivor community in the United States, we would be pleased to work with you to arrange a visit to a concentration camp, a local Holocaust museum, hear the stories of local survivors, or participate in other educational opportunities in the hopes of better understanding the horrors of the Holocaust.
Until that time, we urge you to refrain from using terminology evocative of the Holocaust to voice concerns about contemporary political issues.

Ocasio-Cortez is a bombastic idiot who is a tool of the Democratic Party leadership used to float off-the-wall narratives to see if any of them stick. A truly rare individual, she has proven to know not a whole lot about any subject while still acting like she is an authority on everything. I call that “moral sophistry,” when someone says something they either know to be false, or don’t know it to be true, but they say it anyway because it helps their overall political narrative when virtue-signaling.
“How in the world is that acceptable? Does she not owe every Jew on this planet an apology?” he asked.
“I think it’s disgusting to compare what the men and women do out on the border right now to that, and it is definitely a slap in the face to a lot of these individuals that have family members that actually went through concentration camps,” a member of the National Border Patrol Council added.
AOC made the wicked accusation during an Instagram live stream on Monday night.
“The United States is running concentration camps on our southern border. That’s exactly what they are. They are concentration camps. If that doesn’t bother you… I like, whatever, I want to talk to the people that are concerned with humanity that ‘Never Again’ means something,” said the lawmaker who sounds like a half-wit gave her an idea – and she just held onto it.
“The fact that concentration camps are now an institutionalized practice in the home of the free is extraordinarily disturbing,” she added.
What’s extraordinarily disturbing is the breadth of her ignorance. I believe she’s so lacking in knowledge of the subject of concentration camps that she doesn’t realize how awful the comments were. She is the princess of moral sophistry.
If Nancy Pelosi had a working brain, she would order AOC to visit the Holocaust museum, and then the southern border, to educate the pinhead on the massive differences between the two. But that will never happen, because though she remains silent at this time, Pelosi secretly loves the fact that the de facto Speaker AOC is making the comments, because it helps serve her purpose.
American Jews should take note that nobody in Democrat leadership at this time is coming down on AOC for her comments. They’ll wait until the backlash gets too big to ignore. That’s because Democrats always throw groups of constituents already taken for granted under the bus. They no longer need the Jewish vote to survive. Their new darling constituency are the millions of illegal aliens they consider as “Unregistered Democrats.” So, AOC’s comments are like manna from heaven in that they getting a sick, twisted narrative out against Republicans, and all of the anger is directed at a single NY congresswoman who sounds like the south end of a northbound horse.
My book is here! And I personally handed a copy to our President at the White House!!! I hope you enjoy it !
