Yesterday BuzzFeed came up with a story that President Trump told Michael Cohen to lie about the Russian deal. Today, the author of the hit piece admitted he did not see any of the documents he wrote about. It’s just more fake news trying to make people believe President Trump broke the law, knowing that no one ever reads the retractions on page 67. It’s just another case of “anonymous sources” – or should I say, “non-existent sources.” Real reporters look for confirmation on the stories they are given. Unfortunately, BuzzFeed has no real reporters.
The latest fake news story from BuzzFeed has the Democrats and their stenographers in the mainstream media riled up and calling for Trump’s head.
BuzzFeed reported late Thursday night that ‘according to’ law enforcement sources, Trump directed his former lawyer Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about the proposed Trump Tower in Moscow.
For the record – There is NO Trump Tower in Russia.
The Trump Tower in Moscow was never even built.
Now the two sources have told BuzzFeed News that Cohen also told the special counsel that after the election, the president personally instructed him to lie — by claiming that negotiations ended months earlier than they actually did — in order to obscure Trump’s involvement.
The special counsel’s office learned about Trump’s directive for Cohen to lie to Congress through interviews with multiple witnesses from the Trump Organization and internal company emails, text messages, and a cache of other documents. Cohen then acknowledged those instructions during his interviews with that office.
And now this…
The author of the Buzzfeed junk report, Anthony Cormier, went on CNN on Friday morning and admitted he had not seen the evidence underlying the report.
My book is here! And I personally handed a copy to our President at the White House!!! I hope you enjoy it
