John Berman of CNN  questioned former Presidential Candidate Tom Steyer on how fires and natural disasters will affect the November  Presidential election if they happened in states that mattered.”

Berman does the oddest thing, he grounds his own interview of Climate Change guru Steyer, whose entire failing platform for President was Climate Change,  in the clarification that what he is saying is not true.

Berman leads Styer into and out of a conversation about how Climate change causes fires and natural disasters, and how it is the fault of President Donald J. Trump, and that it is urgent voters choose Biden over Trump.

Newsbusters reported on the video.

Berman asked during the September 14 edition of CNN’s New Day, “What if this were happening in states that mattered in the electoral college?” After saying that “we all know that this is a global issue of climate,” Steyer then took a detour into lunacy: “This is crying out for national and international leadership. The number one thing we can do is elect a different president.” Steyer sunk himself further: “The only solution we have to this problem is — honest to God — Joe Biden.”

Berman even admitted that he is playing politics in his statement, but he said it anyway.

It might be because there is an organized alliance between the Democrats and the media to spread propaganda about Climate Change as a last remaining hope to persuade American voters to support Joe Biden.

Numerous talking heads, pundits and other left-leaning publications are pushing the party line message on climate change causes fires and natural disasters.

In fact, Biden himself spoke on Monday, from a cornfield about it:

“Wildfires are burning suburbs in the west. Hurricanes are hurting suburbs along our coast.. Floods are wiping out suburbs in midwest, how many suburbs will burn down because of Trump’s Climate Change denial?” Biden said.

Back to the CNN video:

Berman said, “And Donald Trump, who will be in California today, has not acknowledged the role that climate change has played in the blazes. Instead, he blames forest management. And some of that blame may be misplaced as to the specifics of it.”

“Mr. Trump is playing politics by denying the issue and then saying, ‘we’re not dealing with the problems. We’re not adapting to this.’” Steyer then shifted blame to Trump for California’s wildfire problem: “In fact, the federal government, run by Donald John Trump, owns half of California. So if there’s somebody who’s not sweeping the floor in California, it’s Donald John Trump.”

“The number one thing we can do is elect a new president, that is the only thing we can do,” Steyer said.

Berman then helped Styer draw the false connections between a worldwide pandemic and Climate Change, and then oddly draws the conclusion that Climate Change is good for the economy in ways that Trump refuses to address by saying,  “If we deal with Climate Change we can create millions of good-paying middle-class union jobs.”

Berman at the end ads.. Again we are saying that Climate Change does not cause fires…. walking it all back.

These sort of desperate schemes lead some political watchers to think that the Democrats are not so confident in Biden’s victory after all.
