During the presentation in front of the Georgia Judicial Sub Committee, the Trump campaign closed by telling the legislators they would be filing a lawsuit.

Using a newly discovered video and information provided by over 200 eye-witnesses and data experts, they would be asking the court to overturn the 2020 election results demanding a new election.

The video, only acquired by the campaign late Wednesday has been widely distributed following the meeting, and has since been disputed by “fact-checkers.”

The team filed a lawsuit in Georgia on Friday claiming the election process was overwhelmed with fraud and irregularities and a new election should be ordered immediately.

The lawsuit claims over 300,000 ballots were processed illegally.

Newsmax reported:

President Donald Trump has filed suit in Georgia claiming the election process was filled with “significant systemic misconduct, fraud and other irregularities” resulting in “many thousands of illegal votes” being cast and counted.

The suit was filed in Georgia on Friday on behalf of Trump and David Shafer, a presidential elector pledged to the president. The suit named Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and a slew of local elections officials.

It is asking the court to prevent certification of the results and order a new presidential election.

As more and more evidence is compiled the people of Georgia will get a good look at their elected government officials’ responses to Trump filed lawsuits.

Will they step up and ensure the GA 2020 election counts were correctly certified earlier this week? Who the President Of The Unites States is, starting on January 20th, 2021, just might be riding upon their actions when it is all said and done.
