There is a lot of fuss raging around halls of Capitol Hill with the spotlight of inquiry shining into the corruption surrounding so many of the senior politicians, in particular, ex-Vice President and presidential hopeful, Joe Biden.
At the forefront of the investigations is President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, who made a name for himself as the New York City mayor who dismantled the mob in The Big Apple.
If you surmised that a man who stood up to The Mob and won is not easily intimidated by threats of violence against his person you would be correct.
There are reports that there are those who are threatening his life if he dares to speak up, but in usual Giuliani fashion, it seems to have set his jaw even more firmly to the task of exposing the corruption he’s found.
Some say Rudy will end up in jail. I say the chances of that happening are somewhere between slim and completely nonexistent!
Check out Rudy’s comments below.
This from Breitbart News:
On Monday at Reagan National Airport outside of Washington, D.C., TMZ asked former New York City mayor and President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani if he was concerned he would “end up in jail.
Giuliani said, “Me ending up in jail? Fifty years of being a lawyer, fifty years of ethical, dedicated practice of the law, probably have prosecuted more criminals of a high level than any U.S. attorney in history. I think I follow the law very carefully. I think the people pursuing me are desperate, sad, angry, disappointing liars. They’re hurting their country. And I’m ashamed of them.”
When asked if Trump “has his back,” Giuliani said, “We are friends for twenty-nine years and nothing will interfere with that. The president knows that everything I did, I did to help him. And he knows it. I did it honorably. I did it legally. I did it in a way that it will embarrass the people who are pursuing me and have nowhere near the integrity and honor that I have.”
What seems evident is that the closer Rudy gets to exposing the truth of the insider manipulations that characterize so much of the quid pro quo dealings inside the beltway, the more desperate the Democrats seem to be getting to distract our attention away from the ugly truth.
Their big play for the last three years has been to try to get rid of President Trump. They know he’s not one of them, and being an outsider, he has no qualms about shaking them down. They certainly are making a lot of noise, but Trump isn’t intimidated, and neither is Rudy Giuliani.
