In another bloody Chicago weekend, a convicted felon has been charged with shooting five people, killing two of them.

SUSPECT HELD WITHOUT BAIL

CBS Chicago reported that the suspect, identified as Timmy Jordan, 39, is accused of pulling out a gun during an argument at a birthday party. A neighbor in his building was hosting the get-together on Saturday morning. Of five people shot, three were wounded but survived.

One man and one woman were listed as dead after the rampage. One of the victims, 35-year-old Michael Mickey, was packing heat (legally concealed) and returned fire. Michael critically wounded Jordan in the exchange of fire. Mickey, however, did not survive the attack, even though he fought back. The woman who was pronounced dead at the scene was a relative, 47-year-old Lunyea Wilson, who was shot in the face and chest.

Mr. Jordan is in custody. He was denied bail. Charges include two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder. The disgusting part? He is a convicted felon following a charge of possessing a stolen firearm. He was out on bail and was being electronically monitored.

CWB Chicago reported:

“Chicago Police Department records show the gunman was arrested in April 2019 for being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm. He went home on electronic monitoring to await trial.”

On Monday, September 14th, CPD Superintendent David Brown said during a press conference:

“Every weekend, we can bring forth an example of a person out of jail that should be in jail. What are we doing? I mean, it’s beyond frustrating. It makes your blood boil if you’re one of those victims to have a person that’s out of jail on electronic monitoring that had previously seven felonies and was arrested by Chicago police officers and his gun was recovered for possessing an illegal gun because he was a felon in possession of a gun and yet he’s out of jail. It’s beyond frustrating.”

A PLETHORA OF PREVIOUS CONVICTIONS

Jordan had five previous felony convictions, including two for illegal gun possession. Besides, he twice served one-year prison sentences for driving with a revoked license. He also served another two years for felony escape, an incident that happened in 2014. Going back even further, he was sentenced to boot camp for a 2010 conviction for unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. He also did a year of probation for a 2002 conviction of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

Prosecutors said that Jordan has a previous misdemeanor conviction for driving on a revoked license and in 2020 a misdemeanor conviction for resisting. Additionally, he has failed to appear in court twice before, most recently in 2014.

Responding officers found Jordan with his gun lying next to him after the shooting. He was transported to a nearby hospital. He remains in critical condition. Two victims and two witnesses positively identified Jordan as the shooter.

SURVIVORS IN GOOD CONDITION

The three others who were wounded included a 32-year-old woman who was shot in the leg, a 38-year-old man who was shot in the back, and a 30-year-old man who was shot in the thigh. All three were taken to the hospital where they have been reported in good condition.

THOUGHTS

I think it’s obvious that the cities with the highest crime rates also have the strictest gun control laws. Chicago ranks at or near the top of the list of places that have exceptionally high numbers of shootings and is very restrictive about guns.

With all the riots across the country, it’s enough to make me ask the question, why are there still so many shootings in Chicago? In particular, doesn’t anyone want to expose the fact that the highest numbers are black-on-black crime? Why do BLM supporters continue to ignore those statistics?

If BLM supports the preservation of black lives, why do they continue to ignore the high rates of unborn black babies being subjected to first degree premeditated murder for hire? (For those of you who insist on Political Correctness, that’s the truth about what abortion is.)

This upcoming election is, in my opinion, THE most critical one in the history of the country. Democrat politicians who are sold out to the globalists have been dragging us toward oblivion for decades. If we don’t wake up and smell the coffee, we’re going to see ourselves herded into boxcars (or perhaps converted Walmarts) and exterminated like the Jews were in Hitler’s Germany. Censorship of conservative voices is gaining momentum, and our rights are being eroded at an alarming pace, not the least of which is our Second Amendment. Enough is enough!! I implore you to get out there and cast your vote in favor of every possible Red conservative candidate you can. Our great nation’s perpetuation depends on it.
