For several weeks now, we have heard the mainstream media and the far-left radicals push the narrative of impeachment. The primary focus of their case revolves around a supposed quid pro quo between President Trump and Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky. (For those of you not familiar with the term, a short and sweet definition explains it very clearly: something given or received for something else.)
What you might not know is that two of the front-runners hoping to secure the nomination of the Democrat party to be the next president, Elizabeth Warren, and Bernie Sanders, are advocating what I consider the worst kind of quid pro quo. They are both endorsing the idea that we should cut off aid to the nation of Israel unless they change directions and embrace their enemies in Gaza. Are you kidding me?? That is the most disastrous quid pro quo imaginable!

Just when you thought Bernie Sanders couldn’t get any more radical, he outdid himself. He wants to take money we give to Israel to defend itself from terrorists, and give it to Gaza, which is run by terrorists?? Unreal. Why isn’t every other Dem pres candidate saying he’s wrong?

In the case of Bernie Sanders, he has most certainly turned his back on his Jewish heritage. In a recent speech, he openly called Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a racist, and in virtually the same breath, ridiculed President Trump’s friendship with Israel, saying, “It is not anti-Semitism to say that the Netanyahu government has been racist. That’s a fact.” And “One is on the way to being ousted, and the other may be sent to prison.”
It’s beyond mind-blowing to listen to this mess coming from our presidential Nopefuls. And if this isn’t bad enough, Sanders now has full backing from at least three of the four members of The Squad, specifically, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. That by itself should be enough to wake people up and run the other way as fast as their vote will carry them.
Israel is our best ally, bar none, in my opinion. They have had to fight tooth and nail to survive, and yet have never been imperialistic in their world view. They want to live in peace but will defend their borders vigorously, as we should.
Either one of these two as president would be an utter disaster for the country. We can’t afford to let all the positive strides accomplished by the Trump administration be undone by the radical agenda either one of these candidates espouses.
